By Car...

Camp Bestival takes place at Weston Park, Weston-under-Lizard, near Shifnal, Shropshire. Please use the routes outlined below, and please switch off your Sat Nav and follow Camp Bestival event signage as you approach the festival:

Weston Park is situated on the A5 at Weston-under-Lizard, just 30 minutes from Central Birmingham, 3 miles from M54 Junction 3, and 8 miles from M6 Junction 12. You can also reach Weston Park via the M6 Toll Road.

Directions:

On approach to the event please follow the relevant signage which relates to your ticket type:

General Camping tickets: Follow signs for Public Car Parks, then enter site via YELLOW GATE* or GREEN GATE

Accessibility Camping: follow signs for White Passes, then enter via WHITE GATE

Backstage Camping: Follow signs for Green Passes, then enter site via GREEN GATE

Boutique Camping: Follow signs for Green Passes, enter site via GREEN GATE

Camping Plus: Follow signs for yellow passes, then enter site via YELLOW GATE*

Day tickets: Follow signs for Public Car Parks, then enter site via YELLOW GATE* or GREEN GATE

Front Row Campervans/Caravans: Follow signs for White Passes, then enter site via WHITE GATE

General Campervans/Caravans/Trailer Tents: Follow signs for Yellow Passes, then enter site via YELLOW GATE*

*If you need to access Yellow Gate and are travelling eastbound from Telford on the A5, you will need to follow signs to turn right and enter via BLUE GATE. Traffic stewards will then direct you to the correct car park.

NB – Please do not follow your Sat Nav once you are on the A5 as some road closures are in place and please watch your speed as this is a rural location and likely to have heavier traffic than usual.

Leaving Camp Bestival: When driving home, please bear in mind the exits will be busy 8am–11am so plan your departure accordingly.

By Train...

You can get the train to rail stations in Telford (16 minutes), Wolverhampton (25 minutes) or Stafford (20 minutes) and take a taxi to Weston Park.

Please note there are no shuttle bus services running to/from Weston Park so please do book a taxi in advance if you need transport.

The best rail station to use for Weston Park is Telford Central. The station is served by regular West Midlands Railway and Transport for Wales services, and occasional Avanti West Coast services.

If you are travelling by train, please keep the following travel advice in mind:

-Services to/from Telford Central station will be busier during the weekend

-Queue systems may be in place during busier times to help keep you safe, please allow extra time for your journey

-Evening services to/from Telford Central are limited, so please keep this in mind when planning your travel home. You can check your train times here: National Rail
