Romain originally came to London to learn English and return, but that plan went out the window! He worked as a chef at a French restaurant and Fromagerie, Androuet, London before creating The Frenchie in 2013.

 

Our mission at The Frenchie is to produce high-quality duck confit burgers by working with the best french food suppliers to exceed our customers’ expectations in product and overall street food experience.
