The School Breathe team are passionate about sharing the power of breathwork with children and adults. They will be presenting fun, interactive 'breathing poems', breath techniques, and exercises for children (and anyone young at heart) to learn the benefits of adopting healthy breathing habits.
Through engaging, interactive stories, children will learn breath techniques to help them feel calm, focused, and energised. The team of breath coaches will also share short breathwork routines to help children regulate their emotions, calm the nervous system, and improve the quality of their sleep.
