Eileen Wallace is the owner of Yogalicious, a beautiful Studio and Online Studio based in Shrewsbury. She has been teaching for 10 years and regularly offers UK and International Yoga and AcroYoga Retreats. Her classes are based on ‘Lila’ or ‘leela’ Sanskrit loosely translated as ‘playful’, a journey of self-discovery, compassion, imagination and overall playfulness. Within her classes there is no pressure or competition merely the desire to learn from that pure, curious, childlike state within. Eileen is also a Partner Acrobatics teacher and is delighted to be bringing some fun AcroYoga to the festival!
You can join Eileen for Beginners AcroYoga sessions on Friday 14.30-15.30, Saturday 14.30-15.30 (no previous experience needed!) alongside a fun and playful Yoga Flow to bring some joy into our Sunday Morning 10.45-11.45.
