The Silent Yoga team will be kicking off proceedings at Camp Bestival 2020 in The Big Top for with a very special family yoga class. The theme for the class this year will revolve around different musical tribes, and how music can bring people together. Expect lots of fun with the yoga postures, and a great soundtrack to keep you moving.
The fun starts at 10:30, when Shush will be warming you all up with their family silent disco. We promise music for all ages across the 3 channels, with the Shush junior Dj's getting your bodies moving in preparation for the yoga. There's an added bonus this year.....the Shush team are running a competition for 2 DJ's to come up on stage and DJ a channel of the silent disco.
