Camp Bestival is proud to welcome one of the most iconic voices in pop music, the one and only Rick Astley.

Three decades ago at the tender age of 21 Rick became an instant sensation, rising to the top of music charts across the globe with his debut single ‘Never Gonna Give You Up’ and for the next few years, with songs like ‘Whenever You Need Somebody’, ‘Together Forever’ and ‘Take Me To Your Heart’ he continued to dominate those charts selling upwards of 40 million records.

Since those heady 80s days Rick has continued to release music to wide acclaim and the noughties saw his debut single rise again, this time as a viral internet phenomenon, earning Rick a new army of fans.

Since Rick first appeared at Camp Bestival he’s gone on to play in front of 100,000 people on the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury and played with the Foo Fighters, don’t call it a comeback Rick was always a phenomenon.
