Discover a World That Is Spiritually Moving in Slow Motion

Slow Motion is an integral part of the Camp Bestival experience. An uplifting enclave of holistic healing and therapeutic relaxation, it’s where you can soothe the ills of the outside world away. So, Team CB is delighted to announce this year’s array of restorative therapies, meditation and treatments to help you to rebalance and re-energise ready for a whole host of festi-holiday fun in Weston Park.

“Twenty first century life can be so tiring and relentlessly busy that we all need to hit the pause button now and again... in fact we should be doing it daily! For four days and evenings at Camp Bestival you can do exactly that with our best and most diverse line up yet of teachers, practitioners and passionate wellness wizards! Josie and I are really over the moon to be celebrating every form from yoga and meditation to astrology, the art of sauna, ice baths, tapping, sound healing, breathwork and a Kirtan chanting experience… Welcome to Slow Motion!”Rob da Bank
