Clare will introduce the importance and meaning of connecting to yourself, followed by breathwork sessions with guided music, somatic touch and visualization using colour and sensations to dive deep into your inner landscape and awaken the inner healer. Cheryl will prepare you for the breathwork with some pre-kundalini meditative practices focused on gaining a deeper understanding of who you are and who you are becoming, and to sense this in an embodied way through all the 5 senses and beyond. The workshop will end with a visualisation practice led by Clare to reground you back to the present moment and to feel confidence in your sense of self and identity.
