The 2024 lineup is here!

It’s here Campers! We are HUGELY excited to finally be able to share the 2024 lineup with you.

Faithless lead 2024’s headliners with for their first live show in 8 years. Their full live band will be incorporating music old and new – a homage to Maxi and a celebration of all that is wonderful about the genre they redefined. Pop Queen Paloma Faith will also be making her Camp Bestival debut in August and after appearing on stage with national treasure turned drummer for one-night-only Mary Berry at Camp Bestival Dorset 2018, Rick Astley is heading straight to Shropshire to smash out his decades spanning musical catalogue (plus some covers here and there…) to the whole family during his headline debut up North.

Fitting within 2024’s Time Travel theme and making their Camp Bestival debut will be McFly who just so happen to take their name from the Back to the Future character Marty McFly. Orbital who are behind iconic rave classics such as ‘Halcyon’ and ‘Chime’ will also be making a stop by Weston Park this summer. Co-lead vocalist from New York’s Scissor Sisters Jake Shears is set to wow the crowds over the four-day celebrations with his Cabaret powerhouse vocals. The Darkness will also keep the energy levels high as they take families through their 20-plus-year music catalogue including hits such as “I Believe in a Thing Called Love”, “Love Is Only A Feeling” and *maybe* even “Christmas Time”.

Festivalgoers can also expect to see English jazz-funk band formed in Isle of Wight Level 42, as well as a Camp Bestival’s favourite DJ Gok Wan. Rising hip-hop star Hak Baker, female-led soulful and disco-delic group Say She She and northern indie stars The K’s will also appear as well as Tom Aspaul, Katie Grace, Ellie Sax and Fred Roberts.

In true Camp Bestival fashion The Cuban Brothers, Big Fish Little Fish and Junior Jungle will all return to Weston Park bringing their unique energy to the ultimate family festival holiday experience.

Homegrown talent straight from the county of Shropshire include indie maestro Miles Hunt and BBC Radio 6 DJ Chris Hawkins. Speaking of BBC-talent, Craig Charles will also bring his Funk and Soul House Party show to the fields this summer as well as everybody’s weekend highlight BBC Radio 2’s Sara Cox.

Weston Park will also see a jam packed lineup of family favourites across the four day celebrations including Horrible Histories: Rotten Royals, Brainiac Live, Dick and Dom, Hacker T Dog & Katie Thistleton, as well as mischief and singalongs from Mr Tumble, Mister Maker, Mr Motivator, Mr.B The Gentleman Rhymer and The Pop Bingo Disco.

Elsewhere on the line-up, families can expect The Amy Winehouse Band, The Beatles Dub Club, Old Time Sailors, The Magic Numbers, Jungle Cakes: Ed Solo, Deekline & Benny Page, flowerovlove, Coach Party, Snayx, Marlee, Rascal Raves, Goldierocks and Jemma Bolt.

“Dust off your dancing shoes, dig out your rave gear and prepare your finest embarrassing mum or dad singalong voice as we unveil the hot off the press lineup for Camp Bestival Shropshire 2024. Prepare to get no sleep with one of only two festival shows in 2024 for Faithless, who are back with their full live extravanganza. Give it up for Rick Astley and McFly, Paloma Faith, all the Scissor Sisters hits with Jake Shears and wheel out the air guitar for The Darkness. Oh yeah and did we tell you McFly, Level 42 and Sara Cox are there too. And for the night owls still raring to go after lights out… Gok Wan, Craig Charles and Ellie Sax will be spinning till the wee hours too. Breaking new talent and championing new bands is always top of my agenda too, so I’m very pleased to announce a rare UK show from Say She She alongside Flowerovlove, The K’s and Coach Party. And that’s just for starters! See you down the front…” – Rob da Bank
